Ramen Bella Poco

This is the coziest ramen place! The food was absolutely delicious! We each ordered a different ramen and they were all fantastic.

Ordered their Shoyu Black and appetizer combo. I got the Tonkatsu and it comes with pop too. Opted to add extra chashu. It’s a slurp worthy ramen, with a tasty broth, fresh greens, sweet mushrooms, corn, garnished with bonito flakes on top and that tasty tamago. I wish it had more chashu tho. Enjoyed the crunchy tonkatsu, gives it an extra texture on the side. We also ordered the agedashi tofu, which are perfectly crisp tofu squares with a really tasty sauce. They give you a complimentary tea and they now also have a rewards program for those loyal regulars. The server was friendy too which is a plus.

Celebrating their fifth year, Ramen Bella Poco is a nice small ramen restaurant in Port Coquitlam. I liked the friendly staff and fast service. The ramen we ordered was flavourful and tasty. Great for the price and ramen bowls to cook at home are offered.

We tried the shoyu chasu ramen, spicy miso chicken ramen and the chicken rice bowl. Amazing food at good price! Chasu is so tender, melt in my mouth. The chicken rice bowl is smoky, full of flavour, really delicious. Highly recommend!

I think we just found a gem in Poco for a really good bowl of ramen! We showed up here on a Saturday afternoon at around 12:30pm or so on a Black Friday weekend and were surprised at how empty the place was. The venue is small, but clean and super cozy. I'm not entirely sure when their busy peak hours are but we're just glad that we had the place all to ourselves for a bit before more customers showed up. My husband got the double pork miso ramen with extra black garlic and I ended up trying the spicy pork miso ramen and both were really good! The chasu was a bit more on the thinner cut, but they were so tender and melt in your mouth! The broth had just the right level of consistency and richness without being overly rich. There aren't options to choose your noodle size here and while we usually prefer thicker noodle, the thinner noodle here was cooked to perfection that they still have a bite to them. If you like spicy food but aren't one of those who can handle a lot of heat, I'd say give the spicy pork ramen a try. The spice was done just right that it's not overpowering the taste of the ramen itself. It gives you enough heat that you can keep on eating without having to sweat yourself like mad. All and all it's a very welcoming ramen joint with friendly service, fair price point, and honestly damn good bowl of ramen without all those useless filler toppings. And they also have frozen ramen-to-go deal for $10 you can get if you dine in. We don't know how the frozen ramen would turn out, but because we really enjoyed our lunch there we got a couple frozen ramen to try! Would definitely come back again!

We stopped by Ramen Bella in Port Coquitlam for an early dinner on a warm day and left so happy! The miso broth ramen with karaage was rich and comforting, while the hot & spicy ramen had the perfect kick. Both dishes were incredibly flavourful and served quickly. Friendly staff and chill vibes made it a great experience. Definitely a new go-to for ramen lovers!
